Chinese Language Classes
Did you know that China is the world’s fastest growing economy or that Chinese is the most widely spoken language in the world?
This rapidly growing country was also the birthplace of more than one third of the children adopted through our international programs in 2006.
If you’ve adopted from China and are looking for ways to keep your child in touch with her heritage, or if you are planning to adopt from China and are wondering how you will communicate with your child during her transition, AAI has the answer.
AAI recommends an electronic course plus several new Chinese classes offered off-site in the West Michigan area.
Please see below for class options in your area.
Electronic Course

Mandarin Chinese Immersion Classes
Total language immersion is the most effective way to prepare bilingual students who are high academic achievers. Students become fluent while learning all their subjects in the target language: Mandarin Chinese.
In 2012-2013, Zeeland Christian School will be offering Mandarin Chinese immersion classes for kindergartners and first graders (if there is enough interest).
